Terms of Service

Last Updated: [[LAST_UPDATED_DATE]]
Effective Date: [[EFFECTIVE_DATE]]

These proposed terms govern use of the Service only after the effective date and operator information have been confirmed. Until then, they are review material.

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms form an agreement between you and [[OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME]], located at [[REGISTERED_ADDRESS]]. By using the Service after the Effective Date, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least [[MINIMUM_AGE]] and legally able to enter this agreement. Keep account credentials secure, provide accurate information, and notify Support of suspected unauthorized access. Account transfer or automated account creation is not allowed unless expressly approved.

3. The creative Service

SakuVio is expected to support AI image generation, image enhancement, visual style tools, and the conversion of photos into short AI videos. The live product, not this draft, defines availability.

AI results may vary, contain errors, or fail to match a request. Do not rely on outputs for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, identity-verification, or other high-stakes decisions.

4. Your content and generated results

You retain rights you already hold in uploaded content. You grant the operator and its processors a limited license to host, reproduce, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service. Ownership and commercial-use rules for generated results remain subject to applicable law and [[OUTPUT_RIGHTS_RULE]].

5. Responsible use

Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, exploitative, hateful, sexually abusive, privacy-invasive, infringing, dangerous, or non-consensual content. Do not impersonate others, bypass safety controls, disrupt systems, scrape at scale, reverse engineer restricted components, or present AI output as verified fact where doing so could harm people.

6. Safety and enforcement

The operator may use automated and human review where permitted to investigate abuse, protect the Service, and respond to valid reports. Content or access may be limited when reasonably necessary. A reporting and appeal route must be confirmed at [[SAFETY_REPORT_CHANNEL]].

7. Paid features and credits

The commercial model is [[PURCHASE_MODEL_AND_PRODUCTS]]. Before launch, specify whether products are subscriptions, non-renewing packages, consumable credits, or one-time purchases; describe renewal, expiration, credit deduction, failed-task treatment, taxes, and price changes. Store billing terms also apply.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation steps and refund handling are controlled in part by [[STORE_OR_PAYMENT_PROVIDER]]. Deleting the app or account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription. The final policy must state the approved response target, refund eligibility, failed-generation compensation, and who makes the final payment decision. Statutory consumer rights are not waived.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, brand, interface, software, and original materials belong to the operator or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license is provided. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, provided it does not disclose confidential information.

10. Availability, suspension, and ending use

Features may change as models, safety requirements, laws, or technical dependencies evolve. Access may be suspended for material breach, security risk, fraud, nonpayment, or harmful conduct. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through [[ACCOUNT_DELETION_URL_OR_EMAIL]].

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular creative result, factual accuracy, non-infringement of every output, or compatibility with every device. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain in force.

12. Liability

Any exclusion or cap must comply with the law governing [[OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME]] and the user’s mandatory consumer protections. Insert the approved limitation in [[LIABILITY_RULE]]; do not rely on a copied cap from another product.

13. Governing law and disputes

The governing law, venue, arbitration choice, opt-out process, and informal resolution path are unresolved: [[GOVERNING_LAW_AND_DISPUTE_PROCESS]]. These terms must preserve rights that cannot be waived in the user’s country or region.

14. General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder may continue to the extent allowed by law. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. Assignment, notices, language priority, changes to terms, and survival must be finalized for the operator and launch markets.
